{New post} A lil tough love for you ladies. But a whole of regular love, too :) Want to be successful? Stop blaming others and stop finding solutions. Because you can complain OR you can take action, but not both. Even when you find yourself in a situation that *was* caused by someone else, waiting for them to change or take action doesnt help you. Its a waste of time. So consider skipping the middle-man and just taking action regardless of what others are doing. Because you always a say in your effort, your choices and your attitude.
