New to CFA! Weekly MINUTE MADNESS! Each week, CFA athletes can participate by performing max reps within 60 seconds of the featured exercise and then posting their score on the whiteboard. Reps will be performed outside of the class and must meet the points of performance--athletes will judge each other. Athletes can compete as often as they like during the week to improve their score. Winners will be featured on Facebook! This weeks featured movement: AIR SQUATS! The squat is the most basic and essential move in CrossFit. Practicing this movement will transfer over to many of the movements you will do and add to your strength gains. Be sure your hips are below the knee, you keep your chest up, and you fully extend your hips and knees at the top of the movement. Get into CFA this week and get your squat on!
