Newsflash! You do NOT have to spend hundreds of dollars to get a good workout! The most common excuses people give for NOT working out are: 1. Lack of time 2. Lack of money You dont have to join a gym! You dont have to spend hundreds of dollars on programs or equipment! You DO have to be motivated to change! Here is a FREE 15 minute workout! 5 minutes of cardio 1 minute high knees 1 minute jumping jacks 1 minute front kicks 1 minute jumping jacks 1 minute run in place 4 minutes of: 1 minute alternating lunges 1 minute mountain climbers Repeat each once 3 minutes of the following : 10 push ups 15 tricep dips Repeat for a total of 3 minutes 2 minutes of the following : 30 seconds of regular squats 30 seconds of jumping squats Repeat each once Finally.... 1 minute of plank hold Post below when you complete the series and share with a friend or on your wall!!
