Nice Wee documentary by local Belhaven surfer and Check Practitioner Ash Boddy on British champ Seb Smart who injured himself recently and has taken up the weekend warrior programmes (weekendsurfwarrior/ding-repair-with-seb-smart-by-coffee-with-a-lid/). Ash got in touch with us over a year ago and has been steadily developing online health and fitness programmes for surfers of all levels to improve performance out of the water and he is also helping injured surfers get back stronger. This winter Im personally going to try and follow his programmes to see if it helps me improve.
