Sherlock LOL (JOB comment) Federal Workers Have Spoken, and They Are Not Happy.” So reads the first sentence in a Washington Post news article about the 2013 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. The vast majority of U.S. Treasury workers are IRS employees. Since 2008, the U.S. Treasury had been trending upward in the rankings. However, 2013 saw a drop in the survey rankings from being tied for 8th place in 2012 to being tied for 11th place in a field of 37 U.S. government organizations. The decrease in the U.S. Treasury rankings is such that it requires the IRS to get behind the numbers and experience a reality check. The Office of Personnel Management once again advocated using “workplace flexibilities” as a substitute for monetary awards. I ALREADY WORK AT HOME. SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!! (JOB Comment)
