No knead bread perfection. Slap some butta and jam on a piece of this and youve got it made haha. No knead bread 6 cups of bread or all purpose flour 1/2 tsp instant or active dry yeast 2 1/2 tsp salt 2 2/3 cups cool water In a large bowl combine flour, yeast, salt and water. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. The dough should be wet and sticky. (If its seems dry, use a tad more water til its not dry) cover the bowl with Saran Wrap for 12-18 hours on the counter at room temp. When the dough has risen and darkened slightly and is dotted with bubbles its ready. Then lightly flour hands and tuck the dough into a ball. Keeping it in the same bowl. Cover again, and about an hour and a half later put Dutch oven,empty, into oven while preheating at 425 F. Leave in oven for 30 min. Then take out and add dough to Dutch oven. Bake covered for 35-40 min then take lid off and bake for 10-15 min more til top is golden brown. The bottom will sound hollow when tapped, when its done. It should pop right out of the Dutch oven. Make sure to preheat for that 30 min!!!! :) get your butter ready!! ;) Jill B.
