No surprise here considering I worked for a vet at one time as well as completed a study course in veterinary technician. So heres what I got: A veterinarian is an animal doctor. You love people, but your real passion is for pet care. Though, it definitely has its own set of challenges! You will have to learn a ton of information about many different species of animals - from cats and dogs, to iguanas and cockatiels! You also have to know how to handle these creatures and keep them calm, which is not always easy. But the pay-off of a happy pet (and pet guardian) is all the thanks you need!
