Governor Konga reshuffles cabinet South Sudan >>> Email Print (September 28, 2013) - The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Clement Wani Konga reshuffles State Cabinet, Juba City Council and names a new Commissioner for Kajo-Keji County. In a decree issued on Friday, Governor Konga maintained Manase Lomole Waya as his Deputy and appointed seven new faces to his new cabinet. Governor Clement Wani Konga also relieved Mohamed El Haj Babala from his position as the Mayor of Juba City Council and named Christopher Sarafino Wani as the New Mayor for Juba City Council. He maintained Hakim Deng Majus as the Deputy Mayor for Juba City Council. Konga also relieved the Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County Ben Yengi and named Henry Kala Sabuni as his replacement. Konga futher named Oba Cecilia Tito as the Mayor for Yei Municipal Council. The following are the names featuring in the new Cabinet 1. Manase Lomole Waya, Deputy Governor; 2. Prof. Scopas Dima Jibi, Minister of Cabinet and Parliamentary Affairs; 3. Prof. Lodu Bureng, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning; 4. Dr. Jimy Wango, Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Rural Water Development; 7. Prof. Jacob Lupai, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry; 8. Gerald Francis, Minister of Local Government 9. Dr. Gada James Killa, Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries. 10. Dr. Emmanuel Ija Baya, Minister of Health, Sanitation and Environment; 11.
