Normally, I dont like posting on facebook and airing my business, however , I honestly feel like I have to share this story with my friends so they dont make this same mistake. Ok...day three.....So, I go into Sleepys today to straighten out my mattress issue. They told me the guy that I bought the mattress from would be there today and lo and behold he is NOT there. Did that surprise me? No , I guess not. Moving on, another person, thank goodness it was not the one from yesterday, takes care of me and he was very pleasant, but his English was not very good, so I had problems understanding him. I was now able to get my mattress exchanged without paying extra for the mattress but now all of a sudden the delivery went from $150 to $258. To make a long story short, Im getting the new mattress tomorrow and I ended up just paying this ridiculous delivery and NOW exchange fee. So, I add it to an already exorbitant bill just so I dont argue anymore and get my blood pressure up. The moral of the story: DONT shop at Sleepys. I feel like that company has robbed me blind and raked me over the coals. During my research today and during the week, I found out that other companies do exchanges on mattresses and do not charge exchange fees, only delivery, when exchanging. Also, I found out that I could have gotten the mattress that I got for half the price elsewhere. I blame myself totally because I should have done the research before buying. That is why I am putting this out there. Signing off.....
