Not So Random Plea: I need a little help here because I must be missing something in my never ending quest of watching my girlish figure. I mean I get it.....its all about nutrition. I get the whole 6 small meals a day gig....I got that, but I just cant seem to lose that last little bit of belly fat, so I thought I might lay out my consumption today and see if any hard bodies out there could tell me where Im missing it. Here goes: 8:00 am - 6 dry (no oil or butter) scrambled eggs, unsweetened tea; 10:00 am - protein shake made with water Noon - raw spinach salad with carrots, granola, walnuts, almonds and cranberries 2:00 pm - protein shake 5:30 pm - gym 1.5 hours 7:00 pm - grilled chicken wrap on whole wheat wrap thingie, unsweetened tea 10:00 pm - lean ham and a little white cheese, 26 handfuls of spicy barbecue fried pork rinds, unsweetened tea Ive made my list and checked it twice, but Ill be damned if Im not missing something.....it HAS to be there......any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
