Had a letter from the CSA today about the forthcoming changes where parents have to agree maintenance payments or face fees to get/have maintenance collected! Well CSA - you havent helped me and my kids one bit - Ive not had a single penny from the kids sperm donor since he left over 12 years ago! So I have absolute no hope now dont I !!??
