Notorious Clients - Again! During my real estate career I have served thousands of clients. Some were major clients, repeat and steady and others, one off. I worked for many developers and now read in the newspaper this weekend about people I know and have served. I only knew them as honest, hard working developers and all above board, with some major tenants in place. In my career I have gone to court on bad real estate deals for guys who were reported to be mob and I have dealt with nuns and other people of the highest order. When it came to my role as an expert witness I only cared if my client was in the right and not who they were. It was solely about the real estate. I have worked with saints and sinners and frankly, the sinners make for much better stories at the dinner table!
