Now Hiring: Home-based - Email Support Representatives (Customer Service) Job description: • Provides first tier support, including assistance with service features, Customer’s policy and procedures, and navigational support. • Document appropriate details of inquiry, answer customer queries including follow-up emails on cases as necessary and escalating appropriately as determined by escalation processes. • Utilizes tools and systems proficiently to track activity and insure knowledge base integrity and utilization. • Provides additional duties as deemed necessary to achieve and produce a high quality support solution. • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies. • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google docs. • Can troubleshoot encountered issues on their own. Qualifications: • At least 1 year working experience in a BPO company. • Previous E-mail support experience is preferred but not required. • Must have own Mid-Grade computer or laptop (Not a net book) • Must have a working headset with microphone. • Has a DSL/Cable internet connection. • Currently unemployed or can leave work immediately. • Good in English (Spoken / Written) • Can compose business emails. • Is a critical thinker. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision. Does not need to be guided frequently. • Willing to work on Graveyard shifts, Overtime, Holidays, and can handle flexible rest day schedule. • Near a populated area with 24/7 net shop availability. • Can do self-training. Needs minimal supervision and can pay close attention to instructions. Effectively uses common sense. • Can start immediately. PM me if interested.
