Now that the 3333 competition is over I will post my finish-time from Friday. I was the first person to ever do this WOD in a weight vest. It was awful. Yesterday we had two males and two females attempt it. One of each finished and one of each got timed out on the rope climbs after a very impressive effort leading to that point. This video is by far from exciting... It may even be boring. But those who know may appreciate the sheer desperation of physical exhaustion and how mental toughness and determination are the only ways to persevere. Always move forward. 2 hours and 3 minutes flat.
