OCT 27, 2013 Being with the Kids. HAPPY DIWALI!! Jatin sir who is a civil engineer and a music teacher told me one day that if he does not come any Sunday to spend it with the children , he feels something is missing in his life. Yes, as Somerset Maugham, famous author said- there is an empty space within all of us and it can only be filled if we extend beyond ourselves. I thank all the volunteers, donors of books, games, craft material and people associated with Vadodara Children Activity Centre for their kindness. Above all I thank the children of the slums who made our lives meaningful. Happy Diwali to all! -A team member VCAC
