Its perfect in that its just a few stops away from Williamsburg (or only 2 if you take the express J/M/Z) and the area itself is up and coming, BUT its not so much so that youre paying 1200/WEEK for rent and its not infested with tourists. -Roommates: All females in their twenties - 1 is an earth science teacher with a cat named Woe, and 2 work at record labels. Everyone has varying schedules so bathroom use has never been an issue. *$200 deposit which will be returned to you once it has been assessed that everything in the apartment is as it was left. The photos you see below were taken today (they day I left). The room has been cleared out for your stuff and thoroughly cleaned, the living room and kitchen are in the condition that they are on a day-to-day basis.
