OK, Ive given the new TV show Ground Floor a chance - too bad - the laugh track kills it IMHO. It reminds me of the kind of show Ive seen on the Disney channel aimed at children too young to know real humor from canned ham. The joke set-ups take too long, the situation for comedy too predictable and the delivery of lines positively wooden. Id expected better from John C. McGinley (Scrubs) - didnt know what to expect from Skylar Astin, since Id never seen him before, but his performance here is straight out the Disney lack of serious training school of performance. He could move directly into Diffrent Strokes and play one of the kids.
