OK..Public announcement: .My wife and my sons have been fussing at me for a while to take better care of myself (translated that is lose some weight) and I have made a halfhearted attempt to do so as long as it was convenient and I could occasionally run off the rails and dive into a pool of chocolate. I have all the standard excuses...quit working outside all day every day and went back to school-that one was good for about 30 lbs...I am a very good cook- give that one 10 lbs...quit smoking- that one was worth another 20 or so. Add it all up and the scale tells the tale- I have to lose some weight in order to get to hang out for as long as possible while having as much fun as possible with these nice people and that beautiful grand-daughter. heres the gist of this tome- by Charlottes first birthday on October 28, 2015 I will have lost 60 lbs. That will be 15 lbs per quarter. No big deal. Someone pass me that stalk of celery and Dr Atkins book.
