OK, after spending weeks and months sharing, commenting and “sparring” on FB it’s all coming to it’s purpose. I never realised how involved I was getting and how my opinions were forming as the weeks went by, but stepping back a bit I realise that a “fire had been lit” beneath me. And I think that is exactly what has happening throughout Scotland. As Scot’s, we have re-discovered our self-belief. Why ? Because at last we understand that our opinion matters ! LONG MAY THAT CONTINUE. Thank you to my FB friends who have endured my posts. Hopefully they have been interesting, thought-provoking and at times amusing. Without social media, this campaign would never have got off the ground, let alone got to where it is today. There has been a lot of talk of friends turning enemies but I have to say, despite polarised views, I haven’t experienced this in any way whatsoever. In fact, I have made new friends during this time. There has also been a lot of talk of Scotland and the United Kingdom. I hope, no matter what the outcome tomorrow, we can work first and foremost towards a UNITED SCOTLAND.
