OM Namah Shivaya The thing with spiritually successful people is that they do not postpone their enjoyment. They do not distinguish between work and pleasure. For them, every deed is a holy one, mired in spirituality and enjoyment. For instance, a person at his workplace or school or any professional place supposes that this is where I am exhausting my energy and home and holiday is where I will enjoy. But the spiritually awakened one will tell you that being in the present moment is a wiser option for the simple reason that when you seek joy in doing everything, nothing seems dull and boring including hectic work. Such a person will also tell you that taking pleasure in work is also enjoyment and that accumulating wealth to enjoy later is a flawed concept because death will not come with a reminder. All your near ones, your wealth, your possessions are with you for a very short period. And life is too short to segregate work and pleasure. Undertake every task in life with utmost enthusiasm and zeal and take joy in putting the effort to complete the task with aplomb rather than waiting for a result and letting happiness heavily depend upon the result. However, this doesnt mean putting less effort in leading life, but enjoying everything that you do, every moment to prolong the pleasure in life so that every moment in it becomes a joy ride. So that every second becomes a holiday. Blessings.
