ONDO STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION PETITION: Happening now! Court of Appeal is still in session at Akure hearing the Appeal filed by ACN and PDP against the declaration of Gov. Mimiko of LP as the elected Governor of Ondo State on October 20, 2012 PDP defence counsel said: "Election is not an event but a process which includes display of voters cards. It is therefore incorrect to refer to it as a pre election matter. It is apt therefore to conclude that the process is frustrated with the injection of over 100,000 fraudulent registrants into the voters register. This intention is the reason why they failed to display the voters register and gave to us softcopy few weeks to the election. We struggled endlessly to access the soft copy given to us without success. We complained to INEC in writing but the electoral body complained that it has no fund to print and display the voter register " Counsel to PDP.
