Odd Thomas (2013) Dean Koontz is a great writer with many great stories, but not many of them has been made into movies(except for Phantoms) until now. Odd Thomas is the story about a young man named Odd who can see ghosts and he helps them, solving their deaths and preventing them. He can also see demons who a attracted to deaths and evil and will try to kill anyone who can see them. This movie was made by Stephen Sommers, the man who directed The Mummy (1999) and The Mummy Returns (2001) and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. and starring the mummy Arnold Vosloo himself for only a scene. Odd finds out something is about to happen, because he sees a whole lot of demons and he must stop it before it happens. When I heard about this movie I was looking forward to seeing a Dean Koontz movie and this movie is OK, this movie is not a serious scary movie but it has a little bit of comedy to it. Its a thriller, horror with comedy and it is a alright movie, not right there with Phantoms but it is OK movie to watch.
