Official Update: Death Racers have had quite the day. Remote location has left us with little connectivity. Will update on the past 15 hours of the Traveling Death Race: Racers boarded a bus in Mexico City which took them to a remote location almost 3 hours away. The coach bus broke down an hour away from the venue and they all squeezed into a cattle truck for the remainder of the drive. Upon arriving at the ranch Death Racers were unloaded into a bull pen corral and instructed by Andy, Joe, and Pablo on the rules of engagement for the first ever Death Race in Mexico. They were released in groups into the bull fighting ring where they had to avoid a bull while finding their bib number and bibs After all bibs were retrieved, the racers hiked through a very treacherous ravine after filling their sandbag with rocks. At the end of the ravine the racers reached a dam. They had to climb out via 3 ropes. At the top they dropped their rocks. More sandbags, more dirt, more hiking. Racers presented their gifts (sand/dirt) at the top of Devils Mountain. There are a handful of DNFs and Unofficial Racers around 13-14 hours in #PeakDR
