Oh I am heated!!!! I am taking online classes and my internet service is a MUST! Well I lose connection at least a dozen times a day. Sooo the call was made to get this fixed and explained that I have a midterm that I cant lose connection in. The reply WAS from the EMPLOYEE at the internet provider I guess you need to take your test somewhere else!!! WHAT?!!! Then was refused to speak to a supervisor, I AM FURIOUS. This is NOT how you provide customer service I dont care if you do have a monopoly on internet service in my area.
