Oh my goodness, how shocking! On Tuesday, during a press conference regarding the spill, House Speaker John Boehner attempted to deflect questions about regulatory authority and effectiveness by trying to spin the matter as a failure of the Obama administration, saying, “The issue is this, we have enough regulations on the books.
