Go through everything and break down and call the 800 number! Wtf is all I have to say! First yea he speaks English but from I believe India , half an hour and an asshole! I did exactly what he said and he starts to get frustrated! At the end he just want to order me another remote! ( got a new receiver and remote 2 weeks ago which I didnt need)! Hang up and call back get a nice lady but had no clue what she was doing , so half an hour into the call she hands me over to a supervisor , thank goodness so an hour later she fixes it in 2 min! I didnt need a new remote or a receiver just somebody who spoke decent English! Im not putting the two others down but this outsourcing is absolutely ridiculous ! An hour and fifteen hours later at almost 3 its fixed! Just wtf
