Ok I have been trying to decide whether to share this & then thought to myself Id want to know about it so here goes...last night after visiting with daddy Richard, myself, Kallee, Cami, my mom, my brother & his wife went to eat at Red Lobster...we were waiting on the check & Richard leaned over and said he was walking outside with the girls which is not unusual but later I would find out it was...there had been an older man, probably early 60s late 50s, sitting in the booth behind our table (just keep that in mind)...so we pay the bill & I see someone I know and chat for 10-15 minutes while everyone else goes outside...I finally walk out...the family is all standing around & Richard says ok you take the girls & your mama on home and Ill be leaving in a minute, Kallee puts her arm in mine & starts leading me to the car saying yeah mama lets go...Im like ok whats the hurry?...then I see the older man from the booth behind us standing over to the side of the restaurant with 2 cops taking to him...Richard says just go on to the house & Ill see you in a little bit....now Im like ok whats going on?(both girls are trying to pull me to the car)...Richard sees Im getting agitated so he says Dont freak out but Cami & I caught that man taking pictures of her in the restaurant. 2 of the waitresses also saw it and actually saw Cami on his phone....Im like in shock a little and say a few not so nice words LOUDLY and the girls are asking me to please get in the car...Richard walks me to the car, knowing Im about to go CRAZY, and tells me hes handling it, he had the restaurant manager call the police & detained him until they could get there by telling the debit machine was down..the man told the cops he deleted the pictures and did a master reset on the phone so everything was gone...I decide its probably best to take the girls & mama on home because I KNOW I was about to go off on this guy!!...cops said that he was probably going to jail...on the way home I think that even though he deleted the pics & did the reset that most smart phones are connected to an email or their cloud and can be accessed later from a computer so I call Richard & tell him to let the cops know this...well by now theyve let the guy go because they have no proof on the phone anymore but they take all the mans info, put him in the computer so if his name comes up again in a car like this it will be flagged and gives Richard a case number...they also find out the man is a professor at UF and the cops will be contacting his job to inform them of the incident...well Im good & pissed now because I believe the man still has access to my daughters photo!!...Im kicking myself in the butt for not staying now and voicing my concern...he should not have been let go!!...I want to know what my FB peeps think about this?...Im seriously thinking about contact the police department and telling them Im not satisfied with the outcome...what do yall think?...and PLEASE my FB friends & family ALWAYS pay attention to your surroundings and the people around you...the man looked like a nice, older gentlemen but was obviously a predator!!...thank goodness my baby girl knew him taking her picture wasnt right and brought it to get daddys attention!!...Im also appreciative of the 2 waitresses who stepped up and said they saw it too & the manager for calling the cops...anyhow sorry this post was so long but I hope it will raise awareness...thanks for reading :)
