Ok I was reasonably upset with Frontier over last weekends outage, even though it wasnt their worker who ripped up the fiber. Missed the Hawks play Denver. My intention was to call to get two days credit mostly because itd make me feel a bit better, but then I know Id have still felt a bit torqued paying the next bill. Today on my door I found a notice from Frontier. Theyre crediting us with a months free service. I dont think its fair to be upset if you dont have a solution in mind that will make you NOT upset, otherwise youre just being angry to spite yourself. This is more than I would have asked for, so I feel Frontier handling this sincerely.
