Ok, So I go to the dentist today. I get there 10 mins early. They dont tell me my dentist has called in sick and Im being seen by a dentist that is double booked, Ok got it. I spend 40 minutes in the waiting room then I get in the chair and the assistant says the Dr will be right with you as soon as hes done with the his patient. I hear the doc get done and silence for the next 40 minutes. Finally I get up walk out to the reception area and ask them to rebook me as I have another appointment to get to and have no more time to give them today. Remember no sign of the dentist no sign of his assistant for 40 mins. My question how would you have handled this?
