Ok, These are not quit sugar free, but close as I could get...lol Preheat oven to 375 for silver cookie sheet, 350 for non stick or dark colored cookie sheet Filling: 1-8oz softened cream cheese 1-egg yoke 1/8 cup Regular Splenda 1/8 cup Splenda half and half for baking 3-Tablespoon all purpose flour Lemon juice- just add small amount just for a slight taste Set aside Roll out biscuit to an oval shape on lightly floured surface Drop a heaping teaspoon of filling in center of biscuit and fold long sides to center and pinch together to seal Place on un-greased pan and bake till golden brown and bottom is lightly brown I tried to make the glaze from my sugar free powdered sugar but that does not work well, so here is the bad part..lol Mix regular powdered sugar with a drop of milk and vanilla whisk till smooth with pastry brush, brush as much glaze as you see fit. My husband loves a lot of glaze, as for me, just a very light brushing. ENJOY
