Ok my experiment is in full swing. I have cleaned out a spare bedroom and am in the process of converting it to an indoor food garden. I have been doing a lot of reading and I am pretty confident that growing food in containers is absolutely possible in the home. Why fill a home with house plants that produce nothing, when you can fill the home with house plants that produce food? That question has been pressing on my mind for some time now, so I have decided to see if it is viable.
