Ok so I want to get everyones input.. Ive added people from several different groups so we could have more participants and a bit more encouragement/accountability since I know that works for me (and I hope it works for other people too!!) This is kind of what I have in mind... This month we can just have this one group, to kind of get the ball rolling... We can each kind of declare our fitness goals, healthy eating habits we want to start, weight loss goals, etc. Then either I can pair you up with someone or we can each choose our own partners (doesnt make much difference to me, I just dont want anyone left out).. We can either pair up with someone with similar goals, or someone with different goals if you want help fine tuning your own goals. Then we can post our weight on the 1st and every Thursday after that until the 29th, which will be 4 weeks. At the end we can declare a single winner based on percentage loss, and the second and third place winners too. I dont want to charge anyone, since not everyone could afford to participate and I dont want that.. Ill try to find a way to have a prize at the end, to add to the motivation. I know not everyone likes calorie counting, so I figure we can each hold our partner accountable at the end of the day, not on their calorie count and loss, but rather on their 3 paleo meals/no cokes/great workout/etc. I would like to see LOTS of brag posts... I think those are great to encourage each other and Id like the page to stay body positive-being negative doesnt help anyone. So what do you think? Any ideas? Im really excited!!!!
