Ok, so for my lifting friends.... What do you think about the 5x5 workout routine? Should you cut out the variety of workouts for chiseling your muscles and instead focus on powerlifting in order to grow in size and strength? I reconsidering my approach and want to focus my time on the major lifts...Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Overhead press, and on arm rows. I would like to increase weight (even by a small amount) each time I lift. Thoughts?
