Ok, so those of you who have been with me long enough know what day this is...our annual Birthday Workout. Our Impact Conditioning cycles consist of 42 X 1 min rounds of 30 seconds on the Thai Pads (full out) and 30 seconds of 10-Count Bodybuilders. This year should be a challenge for most. We will start immediately at 5:30 pm due to the overly long duration of the task, and run through part of the 6:30 pm sessions. Please note to all those who cannot make it or who will come at 6:30 pm to avoid the excessive sweating, there will be classes in BJJ and a Savate routine available. Hey, if I can do this at 42, theres no reason you cant jump in here with me.
