Ok tonights dinner is... spicy-orange-zest buffalo ..I have been working so hard , and long hrs this past week ,felt like some meat...so just popped into the Jungle.(local health store), .bought a nice piece of buffalo..which is now marinating in onions, garlic, peppers, orange juice ,fresh orange zest, white wine, black pepper brown sugar, green chilies and a little soy sauce, then in the crock pot for a couple of hrs served over a medley of fresh veggies. cant wait mmmmmmmmm
