Okay, I must share the epicness of last nights Panic! At The Disco - TopicsExpress

Okay, I must share the epicness of last nights Panic! At The Disco concert, because oh my goodness. Warning: itll probably be long but so worth it. So we arrived at the venue at 3:30 where we got in line because there were already people waiting. The show was set to start at 8, door open at 7. Yeah, we got in at half past nine..So 6 something hours of waiting outside in the FREEZING COLD..we almost called it quits and just went home. Between the people cutting us in line (we were at the very front and after waiting in the cold and the rain, its going to annoy you) the annoying, shoving girls and not being able to feel our bodies, we were going to head home but we just couldnt do it. We wanted to see this show. I would like to add that during these long, cold hours of waiting outside, we made friends with Panics close friend and bodyguard, Zack. He was really cool and kept us personally updated on what was happening. Zack, you are AWESOME. Thanks for helping us stick it out! Anyway, we finally make it inside and bam, center, front. The perfect spot. Keep in mind this is a SMALL venue, very personal and it was level with the crowd. You could reach out and touch the bands. And we did hehe :> Anyway, this amazing opening band called New Politics played first. They were insane and we held up the lead singer in the crowd BY HIS FEET while he performed. Check them out for sure! Anyway, after they played, I started to feel like I was going to faint (people were shoving and the place was packed, ugh..you dont even know) and sweet, sweet Zack came over and gave me a water bottle and said he was going to keep an eye on me in case I fainted. Seriously, he is awesome. I finally felt okay just in time for Panic to hit the stage. Epicness ensued. They played a ton of my favorite songs, Brendon was super active as usual. Him and Dallon were being silly and adding personal touches to each song hehe. I took a lot of videos so youll see what I mean. If the crowd yelled something to them, the responded. Including me. Brendon said there was no more time for any more songs and I yelled YOU LIAR! and he gasped and hung his head and said I WOULD NEVER LIE TO YOU. and I almost fainted :> They played a lot of 20 second covers that people called out to them and Brendon even did Positive Hardcore Sunday (a reference to his Vines.) Aaaah, so much happened! Oh, I got to play guitar for Camisado, no big deal. We were even so close that when they hair flipped, their sweat would hit us. I had to hold my phone back just to get them in frame. SO. CLOSE. So after an amazing, epic two hour set, they finally bid us a goodbye, told us they loved us in German and started throwing things out to the crowd..this is where it gets really good.. A pick was thrown out, hit Mitch and someone else grabbed it. Drumsticks were thrown out, I caught one and the girl behind me pulled it out of my hands and dipped. The drum set list, Dallons set list and the guitarists set list were thrown out. I caught one and the girl NEXT to me grabbed it from me. I was so upset and at the last second, Zack walked out on stage and grabbed Brendons guitar pick and HIS set list and was about to throw it out when I yelled Zack! and waved my arms and he stepped out on the railing and handed it directly to me over a sea of people reaching. Not going to lie, I wanted to cry. I got BRENDON FREAKING URIES GUITAR PICK THAT HE PLAYED THIS SHOW WITH AND HIS SET LIST WITH HIS SWEAT AND SPIT ALL OVER IT AAAAAH. I have to say, despite the hours of agony and a lot of other things I didnt mention, this was probably hands down the best concert Ive ever been too. Im so glad Mitch and I got to experience it together. Thank you sweety for keeping me safe and protecting me from little moshing girls
