Okay, United Airlines, weve had it! My dad has flown United nearly every month for a year so he could come home for one week to spend time with my mom. The last three times hes flown United, theyve cancelled flights or been so delayed that hed miss his connection and it would either screw us out of a day with him or him out of a day at work...and theyve offered NO COMPENSATION. His 6am flight out of Williston was cancelled sometime after midnight today, and they couldnt find him another flight, so my mom went online and purchased him a ticket to Denver via Frontier Airlines so he could meet that connection....but then they cancelled his connection. So now my dad awaits in line with a hundred other passengers for standby room on another United flight out of Denver to Seattle when he should be on a shuttle nearly to Bellingham by now. Im personally quite tired of this, especially the lack of concern on Uniteds part, that Im asking all my friends to please boycott United Airlines and hopefully theyll start working on their customer service techniques. Thank you.
