Okay thought I would share this with you..... YES this is a Highway, and YES it is much better than it used to be! It is not paved, as that would be too dangerous in the winter time, causing vehicles to slide easier, and go over the edge! I honestly have never been down it, or to Bella Coola, someday maybe! 282 miles to get there, my Brothers cabin is about 1/2 way there. This is the hill into a small town on the Coast of British Columbia that you can go to FROM Williams Lake. Before the upgrades, they would not allow travel trailers, tent trailers or trailers of any kind, as it was too steep! It is about 8 min. long video. You will be shocked, that they call this a Highway! Only road there! Or boat from Vancouver up the ocean....which is very impractical, but people do it. Used to be a ferry that ran once/week. But they cut it...
