On 12-15-2014, I had to call 911 and take an ambulance ride with Charlie to the ER. He was experiencing difficulty breathing. At the ER they said they really couldnt explain what happened, but treated him for a combination allergic reaction/anxiety attack and recommended he follow-up with his primary care physician. We saw the doctor on Wednesday, 12-17-2014 and he put in an order for a series of breathing tests. The breathing tests are scheduled for January 5, 2015 at 11:30 AM at a Kaiser location in downtown Atlanta. One of our friends, Doris Hightower, is going to go with us just in case we need her to drive us home after the tests. The breathing specialist said he has never known anyone to be unable to drive after the tests, but we would rather be safe than sorry (it really is difficult for me not to be able to drive). We will keep everyone posted after the testing on January 5th. Please keep us in your prayers.
