On 31st sharing 31 years of Friendship. RAMINDER SALOOJA ( Naughty ) remained the most closest friend of mine in my life. We met first time in July 1983 in Multipupose School in Classroom & with in 1983 we became fast friends regularly going each others home who lived near to my home.Luckily we studied in Thapar Polytechnic in same class & when we got the job we worked together for 16 years in same shop PISTON FOUNDRY until he left the job in 2004 & settled in Canada.In School & College days I use to go to his home on Cycle & run parallel cycles for 4 years , Occasionaly I pick up my Hero Majestic Moped & rear seat was always reserved for Naughty as when sometimes when I offered him the Driver seat he always tried to run that Moped on Car Speed & we were always lucky to reach our destination without being hurt. I remember in the time of Terrorism in 1984 , he stopped me to coming to his home on Cycle as the area was not safe for young Hindu Boys , Instead he started coming to my home & accompanied me to the Thapar Polytechnic. We played together Cricket & Badminton for many years on his roof. I was successful in developing the Craze for Cricket & Bollywood in him as he was also keen to see first show of India of film Ram Teri Ganga Maili together skipping the college after first period. After getting the job we planned to see RKs film Henna together but due to a meeting by our Engineer Association in Modi Mandir for Afternoon shift Engineers he skipped the plan & I was Imposed a fine of Rs.50 for skipping the meeting & watching the film. I may have escaped from that fine saying that I was busy at somewhere else but my this closest friend Naughty did the Naughty act by leaking my business to View Henna on that day & this is the only loss in my life I beard due to him & there are Endless nos. of positives which I got with his friendship. On 09.07.2004 he disclosed me that he is going to Canada which was then like a Shock for me as my other friend Harinder Saini also disclosed the same on 07.07.2004 just two days before. Last Wednesday Naughty came to my home with his family. We enjoyed a long sitting & to remind the old days the pics are attached taken on Resp. 18.10.1987 ( At our friend Pappus Home ) , 02.10.2004 ( On Naughtys farewell party from Piston Foundry at Hotel Balson ) & on 24.12.2014 ( At my home ). Though now Naughty lives quite away from my home but he will always live close to my Heart.
