On Friday, the State Department released a report confirming that there is no reason to continue delaying a decision on the #KeystoneXL pipeline. Yet over the weekend, the White House said the president wants input from more government agencies - even though the Friday report lists the Departments of Agriculture, Energy, Interior, and Transportation, as well as the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers, as cooperating agencies in developing the document. The president continues to move the goalposts on this job creating project. After five long years, its time for him to show where he stands. No more delay. No more obstruction.
