On Monday (7 April) application for admission for semester 2 officially kicks off. Hope you have your documents ready, if not here is the checklist: •Choose a Unisa qualification •Check that you meet the admission requirements for your qualification of choice •Have a certified copy of your school qualifications •Have a certified copy of official tertiary academic record •Have a certified copy of ID document (RSA students) or passport (foreign students) •Have a certified copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree (if applicable) •Have sworn translations of your documents if they are not in English or Afrikaans •Be able to submit your application with the supporting documentation online before 25 April 2014 and pay the application fee (R100,00) within 5 days of being informed of my reference number Please remember you must apply for every new qualification even if you already have a Unisa student number. If you have never before studied at Unisa, you must • have a valid e-mail address • scan and submit electronic copies of all your supporting documents • group your documents as follows: identify document, school leaving certificates and academic records (maximum file size is 2MB) If you want to change your qualification or start a new qualification, you must • re-apply even if you already have a student number • … if you don’t re-apply, you will not be able to register during the registration period.
