On a day like this, we celebrate our Nigerian children and look for ways to adequately prepare them for the future. This years celebration is tainted by the ongoing travails of our daughters at the hands of their savage abductors. Efforts to secure their freedom, both domestic and international have so far proved abortive. We reiterate our call on the government to use everything possible to secure their freedom, and we call on their abductors to consider any remaining iota of humanity within them to release those innocent girls unharmed, and unconditionally. We pray no Nigerian child nor parents are ever made to go through this agonizing travail. #BringBackOurGirls!
