Lets take them One By One: 1) Anti-graft helpline: You are saying that because of Low arrests CM has removed the Five Officers and making a new team.As far as I remember ACB chief was transferred to Ponducherry by the Home Ministry.Also the hand picked officers from Delhi Police are reluctant to join as they do not want to be part of the fight between central Government and Delhi Govt.(Source Your News Report on 25th January 2014).The number of arrests made by them probably means that the verification process is going on and we can see more arrests is coming weeks.If in Nineteen Days,3 Corrupt People are arrested that itself says that the system is very much effective. 2) Power: CAG Audit is in process and that will be done soon. 3) Education: You wrote that “Instead of lending private schools a sympathetic ear and overturning the new nursery guidelines, education minister Manish Sisodia has given parents a helpline for complaints and boards with grievance-redress information at schools”.Its the private schools who were out of control and admitting the students only by taking donations.Now Government has given power to the Parents too.Why the schools when they want land on subsidized rates admit that we will take BPL students too in our schools but make the rules that even Middle Class people can’t afford their children to get admitted in a good private school.By the way you missed the part that the government has decided to upgrade the infrastructure in the government school and sanctioned money for that too.(Source Some News Channels). 4) Transport: Government has given 5500 Auto rickshaws the permit to drive in NCR(Souce your news paper).They are going to SC because some decisions related to price hike can’nt be rolled back by them only.Transport level decision is not something which can be taken overnight,so these policies needs time. 5) Jan Lokpal Bill : The government has clarified that it will be passed in mid February and Its not something right now which is hindering the day to day work of Delhities.Though they are late according to the manifesto,but they are in Line. 6) Women Security: Government is in working mode since first day. The dharna was the result of the same. Also CM has already clarified in his 25th January Speech that They are going to MAKE MAHILA SURAKHSHA DAL. So at least they are accountable for that. 7) Water : Everything is in process.Distribution system can’nt be changed in a single day,so the work in progress is very much according to the Plan.Those who have Functional metered connection are getting the free water supply.So Promise made is achieved. 8) Janta Darbar : Grievance Redressal System is being implemented for that purpose.They have not thought that that much crowd will come in the Janta Durbar,so they made plan according to that.Intentions were not wrong. 9) Night Shelters: No government has made that much Night Shelters in that much limited time.So the work was incredible in this case. They are working and in 30days they have given good response.Let them give some time to perform.By the when you will post the same report card for other 4 states,I am curious to read that too.
