On suswams certificate: i hear people say Suswam cant contest he does not have a WASC cert. Who told you? The contention during Ugbah Vs Suswam was that he presented a forged one! If he did, that means there is one somewhere and can be presented for 2015 without worries even if he failed all 9 subjects. The act does not specify number of credits either. Stop being myopic in trying to stop him from going to senate, if the only anchor to hold him still is certificate then i think it is not going to hold. I see people praising Gemade for publishing his result on his posters to spite Suswam (as one put it), however i see this move as petty and childish. A man his magnitude should embark on campaign of projects and achievements( afterall I am aware he has many to his cap) not calumny and mischief- that is if he made them himself. The lawyers in the house might chew me for this if i am wrong but as a layman i think if you reawaken the certificate issue during senate election if he tenders a different cert your case may even be statute barred. Moreover he agreed to have written that exam more than once. Lets get something new, certificate issue is stale and does not excite many people like me!
