On the edge of a Cliff I stood unaware amongst the others who walked mindlessly when the thick fog at dawn cleared away as the sun engulfed the earth with its LIGHT. For centuries, we searched for a beacon in this Dark World of ours, heedless we were about the fact that the LIGHT enters from a different realm. When the streak of LIGHT touched the air, the curtains of mist lifted and our HEARTS illuminated; this is a new beginning for Human civilization.. The long lost friends met once again, the LIGHT guided them back to their HOMES, and it was a morning of jubilation and appreciation. ~ Afzal Ahmed.
