On the good/bad scale, I will lean toward a good day to be a gondolier today. High close to 70 today, with a bit of a breeze, but only a 30% chance of showers, which will hopefully amount to nothing. It is that time of year again, so congratulations to all of the graduates celebrating over the weekend, as well as to Miss S.C., who celebrated her confirmation this weekend along with 150 or so other young men and women at the cathedral in Providence. The day after a graduation weekend is generally pretty quiet in the city, and today is no exception. Still, if you have little children, you might want to consider the Providence Childrens Museum for Splash Science, exploring all of waters many properties - roll up your sleeves and dive in (figuratively, of course!) Additionally, rising DJ and musician Dylan Molho will be giving a talk at the Weaver Library in East Providence today at 7p about the history of electronic music as a cultural phenomenon, with live guitar accompaniment, which sounds to me like it would be pretty cool. Visit EastProvidenceLibrary.org for details... We are preparing here for the first WaterFire of the season, on Saturday evening, but there is much to do (including rowing all week!) before then. Hope you all have a magnificent day! Ciao, Marcello childrenmuseum.org
