On the natural death of Dr. Myles Munroe... God, my Father, I humbly submit to your Authority, your Purpose for my life, and your Knowledge of everything...YOU ARE GOD. So much I do not know. So it is in my best interest to yield to You because, I believe, you know everything, because you created everythin. Share with me your wisdom, by your Spirit, which you have allowed me to be embraced by. Your Spirit lives in me--teach me to understand and embrace Him, to the point that He consumes me - and I am safe, Safe, SAFE, and unafraid-- So much I yet do not know-But, if I knew, and could do nothing ABOUT knowing, what good would it do for me, or others, to know? So, when I do not know What, I DO know WHO. Who is the Author and Finisher of my faith? God is! What Knowledge of my future do I have? None! Who is the Last Word in the Knowledge of my life, my future and my present and current state? GOD! Who makes the Tapestry of my life connect and then intertwine with the lives of others lives--past, present and future? GOD. Who makes my enemies as important as my friends, when the value of each is the same in the lessons taught to me for the fulfillment and impact of my life? GOD. WHO MAKES THE TAPESTRY OF MY LIFE CONNECT AND THEN INTERTWINE WITH THE LIVES OF OTHERS LIVES, past, present and future? GOD. The awesomeness of God consumes me! The lives we know, respect and honor, pass through this earth in a moment and when they are gone, in the twinkling of an eye, we shake our heads. Be, in a short span of time, we move on, without changing ours. The breath we breathe is fleeting, but the IMPRINTS we leave in the consciousness of others minds is timeless and crucial. I will remember this as I smile in the face of a child, honor the elders of Gods people, read the books of Gods Authors and help those who are less fortunate than I... God IS watching. So I promise myself...the next time I mistreat someone, or take the lives of others for granted because they are not MY family, or assume that I will be around forever, or that I am better than those who are CURRENTLY less fortunate, or JUDGE their less than differences from me, or assume they cannot have input in my life because of their state or condition, I SHALL TURN...and rethink the fleetingness of MY existence, and DO better, in His Name...AMEN. Rest...Dr. Munroe... God will help us inMaximizing Our Potential through your work and efforts.
