One of my favorite picking day was years ago it was during the winter we didnt have much money and a friend of ours was open an antique store in Franklin she needed stuff she asked us if she give does $300 could we go out and find her some stuff to sell I said oh yes so the next day me and Jack load the kids in the van and took off for a buying trip we just had $500 we didnt want to go too far away from home so we decided to go up Litchfield we had bought a few things along the way we ended up in Caneyville I spotted an old trailer with a really old house behind it and there was junk everywhere I told Jack to stop and let me knock on the door and see if they want to sell anything a real old lady came to the door and I told her that I buy and resell stuff would she be interested in selling any of the stuff in the yard she replied Lord yes she said I have been trying to pull stuff out of the barn to sale but no one has stopped I need the money to pay some bills with my husband is sick I said well Im here to buy we bought a few things it was in the yard then she took us in the old house out backed where there was the most prettiest safe I had ever seen derek rob to the jars everywhere old dressers when did its been about 400 dollars then she took us inside to meet her husband a really sweet older man he said I had prayed someone would show up and buy some of this stuff because I needed my insulin hadnt had it for days they was so happy to get the money when we got back home our friend that was open the store on Franklin give this 1800 dollars for everything we had and said when are yall going back we went back a month later I gave that lady four hundred more dollars so I feel better and we bought more stuff we went back for years and bought stuff from them they showed us a little bit of time so we would come back but even when they ran out of stuff to sell we still went back and checked on them we have met a lot of good people well weve been out buying hope you all can read this if it misspelled it was my phone lol
