One of our homeowners, Jennifer Powell, wants to recognize the labor that the Pedregal de CSL Homeowners Association has made during the last two weeks: I wanted to tell everyone what a great effort has been made (and continues) through the hurricane and its aftermath here in Pedregal. Our HOA organized itself quickly to bring residents together to form neighborhood watches, a system to call eahc other (while we had no power, cell service or landlines)and by working together with our security team, Colonos office staff and residents. Maintenance has been working non stop with very few resources apart from brooms, shovels and wheelbarrows to clean up the streets and common areas of all the branches, broken glass and debris. I want to thank our HOA board, everyone at the colonos office, each and every security guard, and all the maintenance crew. Thank You!
